They are! All of them are designed and ensembled by hand which only makes it better, doens't it? Each piece has a unique process.

Good question. Yes I can with its exceptions. For this type of repair (rather be a Roccoco piece or any other) you should email us with the type of repair you need (e.g. images) and we can agree on two things: Price of repair and shipping back and forth.

How should I take care of my pieces?

All pieces are waterproof, however that doesn't mean you should put them under the water at all times.

Dust has to be removed carefully with a microfiber cloth or any type of lense polishing cloth.

All jewelry should be handled with care and our pieces are no different. Our jewelry is well made and can withstand regular wear. It cannot withstand rough handling and we will not take responsibility for jewelry damaged as a result.
