SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 ​Roccoco Jewels currently ships within Canada.

Shipping to Canada Wide is only $2 CAD, no minimum purchase necessary.

Please note that NO tracking is provided for shipping within Canada.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and correct shipping information. No refunds/exchanges will be issued for shipping issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

If you have provided the correct shipping information and have not received your order within 30 days of shipping, please contact us and we will explore a refund or replacement items. Please note that due to inventory, you may not receive the same item, and often the simplest solution is to find another item that is in stock that is similar in value.

Most delayed items are due to workforce shortages.

​Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and 1-2 weeks for completed shipping. 

​All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. No tracking for Shipping within Canada. If you are a Canadian customer and have selected tracking at checkout, this information will be e-mailed to you.

RETURNS

All Roccoco Jewels sales are final. 

We do not accept returns but we can offer exchanges under certain circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving the items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We will notify you if your item qualifies for exchange/return.

Roccoco Jewels reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
